By creating an account or using MUFE, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using MUFE on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of Service

MUFE provides a fleet management platform that enables real-time GPS tracking, analytics, driver management, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Providing accurate and complete information

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Beta Service

During our beta period, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features without notice. Your use of beta features is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUFE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
